Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Highlander Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as supervising and coordinating the work of our cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Hire and train cleaning staff
  • Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
  • May perform certain cleaning duties
