Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect hotel facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
