About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our home comfort solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional and courteous manner
  • Install and service smart home devices, including Nest Thermostats, Hello Doorbells, and Google Home devices
  • Create solutions to simplify customers' everyday lives
  • Ensure personal and customer safety by utilizing health and safety guidelines
  • Provide superior customer service through positive customer interaction
  • Contribute to business growth by lead generation and promoting the value of our products and services

Requirements:

  • Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must have a G Driver's License
  • Strong understanding of new technologies, including electronics and mobile applications
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications
