Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at Best Buy in Ottawa, ON. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing Sonos products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sonos products and their features
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos sales
  • Engage with customers to identify their home audio needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Assist and train store personnel on Sonos products and features
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bi-lingual in English and French
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned location
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $24.19 - $25.53 CAN
  • Seasonal weekend schedule: 12 hours per week, Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Opportunity to earn up to a 20% bonus based on sales performance
  • Additional $250 retention bonus for program completion
