Job Description

This Physiotherapist position plays a crucial role in providing physiotherapy consultation, assessment, and planned interventions for diverse client groups across Southern Ontario and the Capital region. Key responsibilities include assessing clients using interviews, standardized and informal assessment techniques, implementing client interventions based on assessment information, and ensuring coordinated delivery of care through ongoing communication with all members of the client's team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Baccalaureate or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized school of physiotherapy, registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and a minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in the community. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of community care requirements and resources available, excellent consultation and teaching skills, and the ability to utilize an evidence base to clinical practice.
