Job Title: Food Services Manager

GB Emmet Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of expenses
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in food services management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
