Job Title: Food Services Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Director to join our team at Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, addressing their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, and MS Office.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position in an urban area, with a large workload and overtime required. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
