Job Title: Food Services Manager

Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding with standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
