Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at Tavanco HVAC ltd. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of an establishment
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards to drive business growth
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
- Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Train staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication across the organization
- Manage knowledge to ensure that it is up-to-date and relevant to the business
- Offer mentoring to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that they are aligned with business objectives
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
The Supply Chain Project Manager will supervise 1 to 2 people.
