Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at Tavanco HVAC ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment, conducting quality audits, and developing quality management and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Supervise staff to ensure effective implementation of quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Train staff on quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Manage knowledge and best practices in quality management and quality assurance
  • Offer mentoring and coaching to staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures related to quality management and quality assurance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
