Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Tavanco HVAC ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and advising on managerial methods and organization, conducting quality audits, and developing quality management and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of an establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on quality management
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Train staff on quality management and quality assurance
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge and best practices
  • Offer mentoring and coaching to staff
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Working Conditions
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
