About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support and Retention Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding internet services, billing, account information, and password resets.
  • Retain customers through value-based conversations and offers for supported business initiatives.
  • Contribute to business profitability by offering customers account-specific deals through up-sell initiatives.
  • Document customer issues in the client system and update customer information.
  • Follow outlined processes to resolve customer technical issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of call center experience is preferred.
  • One year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 50 MBPS download speed and 10 MBPS upload speed.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
