Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our team at Ardene. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for assisting with visual, merchandising, and marketing directives, as well as collaborating with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with visual merchandising and marketing directives to create an engaging store environment.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and supervise the team in the absence of management.
  • Process purchases at the register and adhere to all company policies.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year retail experience.
  • High school diploma an asset.
  • Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
  • Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
