Key Holder - Jo Malone London - Part Time - West Edmonton MallJob Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Jo Malone London in West Edmonton Mall. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Use your retail expertise to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
  • Previous experience with cash handling and retail operations, including opening and closing the store.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.40 to $29.15, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs, with eligibility based on the respective plan guidelines.
