We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Vi2vals Immigration Inc.

Job Summary:

The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Legal studies, general
  • Human resources management and services, other
  • Or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
