The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
