Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl's Jr. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing business decisions
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels

Supervision: 3-4 people
