Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Henil Food Inc O/A Mary Brown's. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

About the Role:
  • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the food service team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
