Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and stages of health or illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and continuum of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
