- Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve the highest standards of quality and service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, and team player.
