Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Wild Bill's Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including international cuisine, to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
