Role:

As a seasoned Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Large Enterprise Accounts segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish meaningful relationships with prospective customer executives through creative outreach techniques.
  • Use your expertise in executive language to position the PayShepherd solution and communicate value to prospective customer executives.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to manage strategic sales cycles, leveraging project management and delegation skills to drive results.
  • Analyze and interpret the outcomes of process change through implementation of our technology, communicating the value proposition of the PayShepherd solution to customers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales selling a B2B software solution.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English, with French or Spanish a significant plus.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with sales persuasion and negotiation techniques.
  • Intelligent, thoughtful, and balanced strategic risk-taker.
