- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role, with a focus on team leadership and process improvement.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
