**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.

**About the Role:

This is a 12-hour rotating shift position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for minimizing the impact of failures on production processes, performing simple inspections, verifying technical resource availability, and supporting maintenance supervisors in their tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimize the impact of failures on production processes by diagnosing problems and executing necessary interventions.
  • Perform simple inspections on operative equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
  • Verify technical resource availability to ensure a suitable minimum stock level.
  • Support maintenance supervisors in executing preventive tasks during normal production and scheduled interventions.
  • Support maintenance supervisors in failure analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • E nsure the application of health, safety, and environment standards and practices.
  • Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents or observations, perform inspections, and participate in investigation processes.
  • Implement preventive/corrective actions, update risk analysis, and environmental aspect assessments.
  • Manage and update the maintenance information system and technical documentation, keeping records of relevant information.
  • Participate in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy.
  • Analyze, interpret, and recommend courses of action for complex topics.
  • Interact with internal and external contacts with higher autonomy.
  • Act as a shift leader, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring work safety conditions.
  • Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility.
  • Proactively motivate, coach, communicate with, and develop staff, managing HR-related activities according to Human Resources norms and procedures. Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mechatronic or electrical specialization / skilled trades certification.
  • Previous supervisory experience would be considered a strong asset.
