About the Role

As a key member of our Festivals & General Admission team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our festival products. We are seeking a seasoned product executive with a passion for live entertainment and a proven track record of delivering successful product cycles.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of festival client needs and using this expertise to inform product strategy. This will involve working closely with festival experts across the global business to identify user needs, pre-empting future requirements, creating business cases, and prioritizing forward momentum.
  • You will lead multiple opportunities concurrently, driving solution development strategies based on competition, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. Your focus will be on ensuring key software performance metrics are defined and achieved.
  • You will collaborate with relevant leaders to create short and medium-term product and technology strategies globally. You will also provide honest, open, two-way communication and feedback to support others.
  • This role may include significant travel and time on site at festivals.

What You Need to Know (Technical Skills)

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with exposure to both front-end user experiences and backend processes.
  • Previous experience in the ticketing field is preferred, along with a keen understanding of trends in e-commerce, technology, and Ticketmaster's products.
  • You must have demonstrated successful delivery of multiple product cycles in an agile environment.
  • You should be entrepreneurial and have excellent, executive-level communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000-$150,000 per year
