Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Apple Hotel Group.
Job Summary:The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including painters, decorators, and other tradespeople.
- Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including reports and documentation.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with occasional travel to project locations.
