Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating projects on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including costs, materials, and labor.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of painters and decorators, including apprentices.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and facilities management, to ensure smooth project execution.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
