Bakery Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the production of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and leadership, with the ability to manage a team and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train baking personnel to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and requisitioning materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses
- 3+ years of experience in a bakery or related industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of baking and pastry arts, including recipes, ingredients, and equipment
