About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at MG PRECAST LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including material procurement, equipment setup, and labor allocation, to meet project deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to construction workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, materials, and labor requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as delays, cost overruns, and quality issues, to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
