About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at PPND Taxation and Financial Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing, including individual and corporate tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting to management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
