Job Title: Loans Adviser

LendX Financial Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans Adviser to join our team. As a Loans Adviser, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on creditworthiness and financial stability
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized solutions
  • Prepare and complete credit and loan documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Interview loan applicants to assess their creditworthiness and financial situation
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to banking services
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Submit loan applications to management for review and approval
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment:

The Loans Adviser will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
