Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Fredericton Hyundai. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting with customers, showcasing our impressive range of Hyundai models, and guiding clients through the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Engage in conversations with customers to identify their requirements and provide personalized solutions.
  • Vehicle Sales
    • Showcase Hyundai models and highlight their features and benefits.
    • Guide customers through the selection process and help them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction beyond the sale.
    • Fulfill other duties as required by managers to contribute to the overall success of Fredericton Hyundai.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills
    • Passionate about the automotive industry.
    • Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Previous client service experience.
    • Well-organized, possess a good work ethic, and a positive attitude.
    • Hard working, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and online.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driver's abstract.
