Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI
    • Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
    • Collaborate with the product team to develop marketing strategies that showcase product features and benefits
    • Provide marketing support to other departments as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP)
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
