Disability Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Disability Case Manager to join our team at Canada Life Assurance Company. As a Disability Case Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering client-focused disability solutions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate medical information and job duties to determine the length of disability for assigned claims.
- Develop and implement return-to-work programs and coordinate with employers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct health care coordination and rehabilitation programs to meet employability goals.
- Experience or training in health and wellness, disability and life or health insurance, injury claims, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills in a client-facing environment.
- Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Solution-oriented and strong decision-making skills.
