Program Analyst Job Description

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team. As a Program Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support to our team in the implementation of client-funded programs that seek to advance U.S. ICT policy priorities in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day program activities of client-funded programs focused on critical and emerging technology and broader ICT training.
  2. Coordinate and assist in developing all related client program processes.
  3. Engage client interagency partners to design and leverage program activities.
  4. Research and map ICT, critical, and emerging technology regional activities.
  5. Assist Action Officers with identifying and vetting program participants and training support.
  6. Engage in program coordination with counterparts in regional bureaus and overseas posts.
  7. Attend regional training and conferences as appropriate for program oversight.
  8. Contribute to the development of a performance management plan and monitoring and evaluation plan.
  9. Review program reporting to ensure deliverables are on schedule and conduct quality assurance and data analysis.
  10. Analyze data from client initiatives to inform future programming, monitor efforts, and compare results with past data gathered by the team.
  11. Draft situational program reports and use data visualization techniques to communicate program impact.
  12. Conduct analysis on ICT, critical, and emerging technology activities for quarterly briefings.
  13. Strategize with client and regional coordinators to improve the uniformity and standardization of the reporting process.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing / Analytics/ Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
  2. Experience in tracking document flow and clearance processes and distribution of documents to appropriate personnel.
  3. Experience in preparing and implementing reporting mechanisms, processes, and procedures.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and ability to learn and work with other software and database applications.
  5. Ability to synthesize complex inputs of information for peers, senior officials, and outside audiences.
  6. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Strong organizational skills.
  8. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  9. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  10. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues.
