Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Government Business Analyst to provide expert advice and guidance to government officials on the development and implementation of effective public sector programs and services.


The Government Business Analyst will be responsible for:


  • Conducting in-depth analyses of government programs and services to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of government programs and services.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities, and developing recommendations for mitigation and exploitation.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to government officials on policy development, program implementation, and service delivery.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in government program analysis and policy development.
  • Extensive knowledge of government policies and procedures, with a focus on public sector program management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
