Physician Compensation Programs Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Compensation Programs Analyst to join our team at PHSA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, researching, analyzing, and documenting physician compensation issues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and approve draft physician service contracts, salary agreements, and medical administrative contracts across PHSA's Agencies.
- Provide expert advice and direction to Agency staff throughout the contract drafting process, ensuring compliance with various policies and agreements.
- Support the policy development process pertaining to physician compensation, through consultation with stakeholders, research, and analysis.
- Prepare complex analytical reports and briefing documents on physician compensation issues, identifying problems and opportunities for improving accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Represent the Physician Compensation Office at various forums, sharing information, seeking input, and giving presentations.
- A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field, plus five to seven years of related experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills, with superior analytical skills and the ability to identify, interpret, assess, and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to plan, implement, and problem-solve independently, with a demonstrated ability to use database, spreadsheet, and word processing software at an advanced level.
