Sales Secretary Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing office procedures, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Office Management: Maintain accurate records, compile data, and perform data entry tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, directing them to contacts or service areas, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
