Job Overview

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and implement budget plans, monitoring expenditures to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Meeting Minutes and Records: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate decision-making.
  • Training and Development Strategies: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Support: Answer telephone calls and messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics as required.
  • Negotiation and Project Management: Negotiate collective agreements and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, and MS Office applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
