Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a restaurant setting.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment.
