The Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at one of our premier venues. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, mixing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, taking orders and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service standards, contributing to the success of our venue.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a high-volume bartender.
  • Ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods, as well as lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds. The physical demands of this role are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
