About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and showcasing your knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and fulfill beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to O&B standards
  • Communicate beverage descriptions and modifications with team members to ensure guests receive their requested beverage
  • Setup and take apart bar area, dishwasher, and cappuccino machine
  • Stock and maintain all bar products, including mis en place
  • Check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
  • Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies, assisting the manager with inventory ordering
  • Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of serving and bartending experience in a similar environment
  • ProServe Certification is a requirement
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Organizational skills, sales ability, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
