Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brampton. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for ensuring all deliveries are presentation-ready, marketing financial services products, and developing sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all deliveries are presentation-ready and meet customer expectations.
  • Market financial services products and/or parts accessories to customers.
  • Develop sales processes to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers understand their vehicle features and benefits.
  • Conduct service tours to familiarize customers with the service process.

Requirements

  • A professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
  • Knowledge and passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and its products.
  • Above average knowledge of the latest technological trends.
