Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

FACTORY SHOE is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is properly staffed at all times.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
