Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team at Boutique 1861. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Establish a strategic human resources vision that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Innovative HR Policies and Programs: Implement innovative and creative HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our organizational culture and strategic planning.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Implement initiatives and projects to maintain a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement and development.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Carry out human resources management planning, manage all recruitment processes, employee integration programs, and employee performance management programs.
  • Training and Development: Create training programs aligned with our strategic planning and training needs.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Maintain a preventive management of occupational health, safety, and wellness.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a university degree in human resources or industrial relations.
  • Certifications: CRHA or CRIA certification (an asset).
  • Experience: Experience in a retail company (an asset); payroll experience (an asset).
