Key Responsibilities- Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
- Act as a liaison between the dealership and customers during the vehicle purchasing process
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
- Listen actively to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, and benefits
- Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
