Salary

The annual salary for this position is $88,088 - $114,561, commensurate with experience.

Job Description
  • Develop strategic and operational plans to advance the mission and vision of Project SHARE.
  • Enhance revenue generation, financial sustainability, and client-centered service delivery.
  • Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of all resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in business or social services.
  • Strategic and experienced leader with senior management experience in a registered charity or not-for-profit.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and vehicle required.
