Job Summary:
beBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our team in Kitchener.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide general administrative support
- Develop and maintain effective communication systems to ensure seamless collaboration
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs to streamline tasks and improve productivity
