About the Role:

  1. Manage application integrations for Business Intelligence, including Reservations, Profiles, Availability, Rates, Restrictions, and hotel data flow between integration points and Revenue streams.
  2. Collaborate with Commercial business stakeholders, Corporate IT teams, Worldwide Reservations Corporate Office Departments, and external vendors.
  3. Perform Central Interface connection monitoring, message review, and resolution of errors/failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Central Reservation System (ORS) application and connectivity of all integration points for Four Seasons Chain.
  2. Escalate risks/issues as appropriate and propose solutions.
  3. Manage and track the integration of new Hotels, new applications integration projects, and System Upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience with ORS (Opera Reservation System) / PMS Opera preferable.
  • Technical Support experience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on Hospitality or commensurate experience.
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution system considered an asset.
