Technical Support Specialist

Volante Systems is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and documentation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Provide training and support to clients on our POS solutions
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with POS solutions and technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual English/French capabilities are preferred
- Experience with SQL and Linux/Windows operating systems is an asset
